Both trades, one shop
Comfort cooling and commercial refrigeration from the same crew.
Most shops around here do one or the other, so a restaurant with a walk-in and a rooftop unit ends up calling two companies and waiting on both. That is the part of this list worth reading first.

One recent call was a new homeowner who fitted a Nest, tripped something, and lost the air conditioning with no idea where to start. It was a blown fuse. It got found, replaced, the thermostat sorted, and the system was running again the same visit. That is a very different afternoon from being sold a compressor.
