Walk-ins and reach-ins, emergency repair, scheduled maintenance and custom installation.
Everything the shop does
The panel comes off first. What is behind it decides the rest of this list.
Two lists live on this page, and they are kept separate on purpose. One is comfort in a house: cooling, heating, air quality, the wiring behind a thermostat. The other is commercial refrigeration and ventilation, which most HVAC shops around The Woodlands do not run at all. Prime Texas Air runs both out of the same shop at 8505 Technology Forest Pl Ste 501, so a business with a walk-in cooler and a rooftop unit does not need two different phone numbers.
In the house
Residential comfort
Cooling, heating, the air itself, and everything that controls them. This is the bulk of the calls, and it is where most homeowners meet the shop first.

- Air Conditioning Repair
Fault isolated first, then the part, then the reading shown back to you.
- Air Conditioning Installation
New and replacement systems, including multi-system homes.
- Heating Repair and Installation
24/7 emergency heating repair, plus furnace and heat pump installs.
- HVAC Maintenance
Annual heating tune-ups and preventative cooling maintenance, on a schedule.
- Indoor Air Quality and Ductwork
Duct cleaning, duct repair, new duct runs, purifiers, humidifiers and filtration.
- Zoning and Smart Thermostats
Zoning for houses that heat unevenly, and thermostats wired in right.

The part most shops skip
Commercial refrigeration and ventilation, out of the same crew.
A walk-in running warm is a product-loss clock, not a comfort call, and it gets treated that way. Most HVAC outfits in this part of Houston stop at rooftop condensers. This one does not.
Packaged rooftop equipment, exhaust and makeup air, commercial hood and vent systems.
Not sure which of these it is? Say what the system is doing.
A short description of the fault is usually enough to work out which call this is before anyone gets in the van. Read more about the shop on the about page, or send the details through the contact page if now is not a good time to call.
